Es fing alles ganz einfach an, rein schauen, was ist Schrott, und wo bekomm ich es her?
Also den Wahlhebel erstmal auf P, Verpfelegung einkaufen und dann Teile bestellen! Nach dem ersten ofiziellen Urlaub-Juhu-Bier fingen wir an die skurriele Mischung aus zoll und metrischen Schrauben zu Zerlegen!

Nach wenigen Handgriffen flog aber schon das verfluchte S-Wort durch den Raum! Nach kurzem Warten und einem kräftigen Schluck aus meinem Bier fragte ich dann doch mal nach was denn jetzt das Problem sei?!

Jeden zweiten Satz den ich hörte war:" ähh, das ist ja Gußeisen!!?". Nach langem durch die Gegend eiern fand ich endlich jemand der dieser Aufgabe gewachsen war! Kurz darauf sogar ein Ersatzteil! Am Abend machten wir uns dann über die Zündanlage her, nachdem wir feststellen mussten das es zwei verschiedene Einbaulängen bei den Wapu s gibt! Murphys Law!!

Also die ganze Teile die wir noch brauchten per Express Lieferung zu uns schicken lassen und hoffen das rechtzeitigt kommt!
Freitag Abend stand vor der Tür, der zweite Kasten Bier wurde gerade angebrochen und alle Teile waren endlich da! Theoretisch hatte das zu bedeuten nur noch zusammen bauen. Die Lima war frisch überholt, die Riemenräder waren gestrahlt und lackiert und wegen der ganzen Wartezeit haben wir auch noch die Ventildeckel geputzt!

Metall kann ganz schön hartnäckig sein, vor allem wenn man unbedingt ein alten Anschlussstutzen bräuchte, der aber leider Gottes dermaßen fest gemodert war das wir nach langem überlegen unseren Flaschner angerufen hatten der ein Stück Rohr mit nem halbzoll Gewinde organisieren konnte! Freitag Abend um halb sieben!
Murphys Law hatte uns voll im Griff! Nach dem 1000sten mal unter meinem Auto stellte ich gegen 20.30 fest das mein rechter vorderer Reifen auf der Innenseite etwas zerstört war! ("Hallo Leinwand!") Aber Aufgeben stand nicht zur Diskussion! Ein bis zwei Bier später war dann wieder alls so zusammen wie sein sollte! Der große Moment, noch schnell den Feuerlöscher aus der Wandhalterung genommen und los gehts! Schlüsssel ins Zündschloss, einmal drehen, Fuß aufs Pedal....
NIX!!! NIX!!! Getöse, gespucke und gezucke!! NIX!!
Zum kotzen! Verdammt nochmal! Warum!!? Scheisse!!! Kabel? Kerzen? Zündreihenfolge? Spule? Murphy legte mal wieder die Füße auf die Werkbank! Nach langen suchen, nem verdammt schmerzhaften Stromschlag und einigen Telefonaten, konnten wir endlich die Zündung einstellen! So gegen 23.00 gab er dann die ersten Lebenszeichen von sich!! Samstags gings noch schnell zum Schluffen montieren und ab auf den Ring!
